✈️ 3 Topics I Am Exploring In My Life Right Now
What I’m Learning About Leadership, Wealth, and Writing
Hey – It’s Luis.
Welcome to Day 2 of my 30-day writing challenge!
Before I dive into today’s topics, a quick personal note:
My son hurt his arm playing tennis, so we’re icing it and praying for his full recovery. He’ll be taking it easy for the next three weeks to heal. This comes right after a major breakthrough in his game back in August—his Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) climbed from 2.54 to 3.63! I’m incredibly proud of his progress, and I know this rest period will prepare him for even greater things ahead.
Now, on to today’s writing...
There are three topics I’ve been thinking about a lot lately. Let me share them with you:
1. Spiritual Leadership
I have the privilege and honor of leading multiple recovery ministries, and this work has deeply shaped me.
My hope? Over the next three years, I want to grow in my understanding so I can multiply my impact and serve more people.
2. Building Wealth
“Arm yourself with specific knowledge, accountability, and leverage.” –The Almanack of Naval Ravikant: A Guide to Wealth and Happiness
A few years ago, I came across Naval’s thoughts on wealth building, and it changed how I think about money.
Since then, I’ve dived into ideas like Building Specific Knowledge, Finding Positions of Leverage, and Getting Paid for Your Judgment. It’s been a game-changer, and I’m still learning every day.
3. Digital Writing
In the digital age, being a writer isn’t just about publishing books—it’s about sharing your thoughts in real-time.
Publishing via a paid newsletter lets you build your audience while maintaining 100% ownership over your content. It also “tightens your feedback loop, allowing you to refine your ideas and writing as you go.” Plus, you can generate revenue from day one.
It’s an exciting shift that redefines what it means to be a writer, and I’m diving into it headfirst.
If any of these topics resonate with you, I’d love to connect. Let’s share ideas, learn from each other, and grow together!
P.S. If you’ve been exploring a topic that lights you up, I’d love to hear about it. Hit me up—I’m always up for a good conversation!
